Yonex All England Badminton Championships 2012 Event Program

Start Times

The Yonex All England Badminton Championships 2012 will be held from 6-11 March 2012 (Tuesday to Sunday).

The start times for each day of the tournament are:

Tuesday 10am to 7pm:	Qualifying Rounds
Wednesday 10am to 10pm:	First Rounds
Thursday 3pm to 10pm:	Second Rounds
Friday 2pm to 10pm:	Quarter Finals
Saturday 12pm to 5pm:	Semi Finals
Sunday 11am to 5pm:	FINALS

This is just an approximate time given and may be subject to change.

Comments on the Quarter Finals and Finals

Usually the finals is scheduled during the afternoon.

This time the Yonex All England Finals starts at 11am.

It’s going to be something special because there will be an exclusive ‘Championships Show’ organised to launch the final day of the tournament.

No one knows what a Championships Show is. The only way to find out is TO BE THERE!

For the quarter finals, it’s currently scheduled at 2pm. But I highly suspect that it’ll change to a later time, probably around 5pm.

For most of the previous badminton super series tournaments, the quarter finals started in the evening at around 5pm.

Hopefully this happens so that people who are working during these hours would not need to take half a day off to watch the quarter finals live!

Apart from the Championships Show, there are also exclusive events at the National Indoor Arena.

TV Coverage and Live Streaming

Matches on the Main Court will be broadcasted LIVE from the Second Rounds to the Final of the tournament.

Of course, different countries will have different broadcasting schedules.
